TrueFond Ghana is a fashion brand  based in Accra, the capital of Ghana. It is a brand which boasts of highly-talented, purpose-driven and innovative seamstresses, tailors and embroiders who take immense pride in designing and producing world-class African outfits, dresses, silhouettes and accessories with special emphasis and focus on the feminine gender. Their products are handmade from wax prints which are locally sold in the popular Makola Market in Accra, Ghana. TrueFond Ghana as a fashion brand is a force to reckon with as their products are designed to meet the highest standards at both local and international levels.

Interestingly enough, the brand created its Facebook page on 20th September, 2014 which did not start out as TrueFond Ghana but as “Fleur Bizarro”. Afterwards, it came to be known as “Fleur Bizarro Ghana” about a couple of months later in that same year – and a year later, the brand’s Facebook page came to be known as “MeAyraba Ghana”. The only thing constant in life, they say, is change, and pretty soon, that name gave way to a new one “True.Fond Ghana” on January 17th, 2016. Its current Facebook name, “TrueFond Ghana” (minus the full stop) was created on March 13th, 2017 and has stayed that way until this very day.

However, while the brand’s appellation might have undergone different changes and alterations, this did not – and has not – in any way undermined its penchant for maintaining good quality and high standards in the production of its various fashion products. Without a doubt, TrueFond Ghana has deeply planted its roots into the world of (African) fashion and is steadily and surely making efforts to become one of the best fashion brands in the business
