My Grandma’s Bank
[:en]My grandmother said something some years ago that left me speechless.
She said: “For a woman is very important to have a box full of fabrics. Those fabrics can be sold in times of difficulties…it’s like a bank.”
For this reason my grandma has lot of fabrics with different styles and colors.
I fell in love with one of them and she decided to give me the duku (head-tie) of that dress which I used to make this simple style I rock during summer time.
I cherish that dress so much and when ever I wear it I know I took a loan from my grandma’s bank!
